After the recent bashing in the press for victims of whiplash claims APIL are starting a campaign to fight back on behalf of whiplash vicitims.

APIL wants to take fresh evidence of genuine whiplash injuries to politicians and members of the press.

Whiplash claimants have long fallen foul of damaging misinformation which, despite evidence and persistent efforts, continues to be generated through the ongoing public debate on high car insurance premiums.

We want to take this issue back to basics and highlight the misery that comes with an injury, no matter how ‘minor’ it is considered, and how people injured through the negligent actions of others need and deserve fair redress.

As with any campaign, case evidence is essential to demonstrate the suffering of genuinely injured people.

We need people  to put us in touch with clients who have successfully brought claims for whiplash and have compelling stories to tell. They must be willing to have their stories shared with politicians and the press.
