Working with TM Law is, more than anything, a cost-saving exercise. They consistently pick up issues in a lease that I hadn’t spotted, and that would have cost us significantly either during the term or at the end of it. The service is prompt, clearly explained, and gets done without fuss.
Leases aren’t something I go looking for, but if we take another one on, TM Law will be my first and only port of call.
