Do I have to sign the compromsie agreement my employer has asked me to sign?

The answer to the question do I have to enter into a compromise agreement is NO!
I have had plenty of cases where we have told the employer we are not going to sign the agreement and have gone on to bring unfair dismissal proceedings in the employment tribunal.
