Common sense at last in pool accident claim

In a recent claim in the High court the court dismissed a claim against a home owner whose Adult children held a house party while the parents were away… a guest at the party chose to dive into the swimming pool and hit her head and broke her neck suffering paralysis. She brought a claim against the homeowner for negligence and failed . What had the homeowner done wrong? Nothing and that is why common sense prevailed and the case was dismissed.
