Law Society Personal Inujury Panel
Terry Maylin is a member of the prestigious Law Society Personal Injury Panel. It is a recognition of the expertise shown in running personal injury claims all the way from instruction to trial.
This involves an application to the solicitors governing body every three years and the documentation and information on three cases from start to finish is provided.
That along the rest of the information about how you carry out the work and the results obtained takes around 3-4 days to complete ( along with a fee of several hundred pounds).
They consider the application submitted and sometimes come back with questions on the three case studies submitted.
They want an understanding of the process right from taking the initial instructions about what happened and why a particular party is responsible for our clients injuries they want to know what
steps we took to try and get the client rehabilitation to assist them and then how we go about getting the rest of the evidence and information necessary to bring the claim.
Once the claim is issued in court they want to know what steps are taken to progress the claim and what offers are made and received and then finally the outcome of the claim!
