Client owned a residential property in which he had a tenant who would not pay rent and would not leave
The TM Law Solution
We served the appropriate notice on the tenant to leave and when that notice expired and the tenant had still not left, issued the correct possession proceedings in court.
We attended court and got an order for the tenant to leave, pay the arrears of rent and the landlords costs.
The tenant still did not leave and so we instructed the court bailiff to attend to remove the tenant and once removed the landlord had his property back.
