Aidan Squire Ll.B trained with a firm of solicitors in Fleet Street and post qualification joined solicitors in SW1. As a senior associate he headed up a litigation department that operated in the travel trade industry where he conducted litigation and became involved in the drafting of terms and conditions for leading tour operators. After 10 years in London he had his fill of commuting.

He moved to the Southend area and set up his own practice with a colleague carrying out both contentious and non-contentious work. The practice grew substantially and had offices in Westcliff, Barking and more latterly Colchester, where he became involved in the administration of what was by then a substantial practise in particular the HR side of the business which he dealt with in conjunction with his employment law and company law specialisms.

Following his retirement from the practise he carried out consultancy work for Billericay solicitors which is where he met Terry. He worked with Terry dealing with non-contentious legal work in conjunction with Terry’s litigation. When Terry left to set up his own practise in 2011 it was a natural fit for him to join Terry which he did in 2013
